Entry and Eligibility

To be entered into this giveaway, you must:

  • Be registered to attend the 2025 MINT Memory Clinic Best Practice Day on either Feb. 19, 2025 or February 20, 2025

  • Be a Canadian resident and a health care practitioner in Canada associated with MINT Memory Clinic®

  • Be willing to provide a Canadian postal address for your prize to be shipped to

People registered for a Best Practice Day will automatically be entered into this giveaway.

Giveaway Duration to Enter

The Best Practice Days giveaway will open January 31, 2025 and close February 11, 2025 (23:59 ET)

Important Information

  • Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize. Winners for the Symposium Day giveaway will be drawn first. If selected as a Symposium Day prize winner, you will not be eligible to win a second prize from the Best Practice Day giveaway. In the event that your name is drawn for a Best Practice Day prize after already winning a Symposium Day prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Symposium Day Winners will be notified by February 17, 2025, and must respond by February 24, 2025. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be chosen. Please ensure you check your email during this period.

  • Symposium Day giveaway winners will be contacted via the platform through which they entered (X [formerly Twitter] or LinkedIn). In the event that we are unable to reach you due to privacy settings on your inbox, an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Best Practice Day giveaway winners will be selected during the Best Practice Day sessions occurring on February 19, 2025 and February 20, 2025. An announcement will be made after the lunch break on each day. Winners must be present during the Zoom call to claim their prize. A member of the MINT Memory Clinic will contact you via the email you used to register for the event for your shipping details. Please be sure to pay attention to the comments section during this time and check your emails after the session.

  • If a prize cannot be delivered due to shipping constraints, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to provide an alternative reward of equivalent value.

  • We welcome you to post a picture of your prize on social media once it has been received. Be sure to tag our account so we can see and celebrate with you!
