About the Organizer

MINT Memory Clinic is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving dementia care in Canada through nationally accredited interprofessional team training. Through training, healthcare professionals at primary care sites learn how to operate memory clinics in local communities following the MINT Model of Care. This community-based solution is bringing dementia care closer to home and follows the individual and their care partners throughout their journey.

MINT Clinics have been proven to improve the care experience for persons living with dementia and their care partners, build dementia care, and be a more effective use of resources through reducing wait times and hospitalizations, delaying long-term care, and supporting cost savings for the health care system.
